Composed in 2011 by perfumer Ralf Schwieger, it pairs a true-to-life blood orange, bitter orange and blood mandarin opening with an aromatic heart of African geranium, Egyptian jasmine and Madagascar pepper, settling on a warm base of sandalwood, amber, tonka bean and Texas cedar. The result is a fresh-forward fragrance with surprising longevity, thanks to the 15% Cologne Absolue concentration.

How to use

1. Spray onto clean, moisturised skin from around 15 cm away.
2. Apply generously to pulse points — wrists, neck, behind the ears, inner elbow.
3. Two to three sprays is plenty; the Cologne Absolue concentration projects strongly for the first hour and softens into a warm amber-cedar drydown that lingers.
4. For longer scent trail in warm weather, mist lightly onto a cotton shirt or linen jacket.
