Composed in 2019 by Nathalie Lorson and Pierre Negrin, it pairs sparkling green cardamom, green mandarin, grapefruit and Granny Smith apple at the top with a smouldering heart of black chilli, black pepper, clove, nutmeg, sage and geranium over a rich base of roasted almonds, tonka bean absolute and woods.
