Aqua Blue Felt Pillbox Veil Wedding Fascinator Clip

MATERIALS
The design uses rooster hackle feathers. The center flower petal is cut to shape with fabric, lace and combined with roost hackle feathers and beads. The base is made of hardened card with a felt like cover in a shape of a stewardess hat pillbox. The fascinator attached by two clips. There is also a mini birdcage veil.
