Tulsi, also known as Basil, is a common house plant in Indian homes. It is also regarded as being holy and auspicious and is used frequently in prayers and ceremonies.
Basil, which has the scientific name Ocimum Sanctum is undoubtedly one of the best herbs discovered. It is regarded by some as the 'Queen of Herbs'.
