Iris ensata 'Angel Mountain', commonly known as Japanese iris, is a clump-forming perennial with upright, sword-shaped green leaves forming a neat, architectural mound. In early to mid-summer, it produces large, flat, showy flowers in shades of pale lavender to purple, often with delicate markings, creating a striking display in borders or near water features.
