The composition pairs Sicilian bergamot, pink pepper and exotic fruits at the top with a sea-and-ambergris heart and a woody, leather-tinted base — a clean, modern men's signature with a slightly atmospheric, oceanic character. The 200ml format makes it the largest of the Explorer Ultra Blue bottles and a generous everyday flacon.

Where the original Explorer was conceived around the spirit of land travel — leather, bergamot and patchouli evoking an explorer's notebook — Explorer Ultra Blue takes the same brief into more atmospheric, oceanic territory. The bergamot-and-pink-pepper opening reads bright and slightly mineral; the sea-and-ambergris heart adds a salty, breezy character; and the woody-leather base keeps the composition grounded. The bottle takes the recognisable Explorer silhouette in a bright, denim-blue tinted glass.
