Oxalis corymbosa, commonly known as creeping wood sorrel, is a low-growing, mat-forming perennial with trifoliate, clover-like green leaves. In spring to summer, it produces small, cup-shaped pink flowers, creating a delicate and attractive display in borders, rockeries, or as groundcover.
The flowers attract bees and other pollinators, giving the plant ecological value. Its spreading habit and tolerance of damp soil make it ideal for pond edges, rock gardens, or naturalistic plantings where early summer colour and low-maintenance groundcover are desired.
