Peltandra undulata, commonly known as green arrow arum, is a clump-forming aquatic perennial with large arrow-shaped green leaves rising from rhizomes. In late spring to early summer it produces greenish-white spathes enclosing a spadix, creating a subtle but architectural display in ponds and wet soils.
This species provides habitat for insects and small wildlife and helps stabilise pond edges. Its upright, clump-forming habit and preference for consistently moist or shallowly submerged soil make it ideal for pond margins, bog gardens, and naturalistic water features.
